Help required: Deleting posts

I can’t delete posts any more on this, I could the other day. I posted the same thing twice and it only lets me change it, not delete it. It says “Sorry, you need to enable sending referrers for this feature to work” but when i click through the link it doesnt work. If anyone knows what this means can you let me know?

Also, I’m uploading all my photos to flickr but does anyone know of a site where you can host small video clips?
